Privacy Policy

Last updated: July 13, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Kashdosh ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses, stores, and protects your personal information when you use our platform, website, and related services. We are committed to transparency and to safeguarding your privacy in compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) for users in the European Economic Area (EEA) and the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) for residents of California, USA. By creating an account or using our services, you consent to the practices described in this policy.

01

1. Data Controller Information

Kashdosh (operating under the domain kashdosh.online) is the data controller for personal data collected through our platform. Kashdosh is currently operated as an independent, founder-run platform and is not yet a registered corporate entity; a formal business address will be published here once incorporation is complete. Until then, you can reach us directly through our Discord server or on Reddit at u/kashdosh_CEO.

We do not currently have a dedicated Data Protection Officer, as this is not yet legally required at our operating scale. All data-related inquiries, including from users in the EEA, are handled directly by the founder through the channels above. We act in accordance with GDPR principles, ensuring that your data is processed lawfully, fairly, and transparently.

2. Information We Collect

We collect two main categories of information: information you provide directly and information we collect automatically when you interact with our platform.

2.1 Information You Provide

  • Account details: When you register, you provide your name, email address, chosen username, and a password (stored securely as a hash).
  • Payment information: To process your earnings, we collect your preferred payout method details, such as a PayPal email address, bank account information (if applicable), or crypto wallet address. We do not store full bank account numbers or credit card details; those are managed by our payment processors.
  • Communication data: If you contact our support team or provide feedback, we may collect your messages, email subject lines, and any attached files you submit (e.g., screenshots).
  • Referral information: If you use a referral link, we collect the email or username of the person who referred you to help assign referral bonuses.

2.2 Information Collected Automatically

  • IP address and geolocation: We capture your IP address when you use our services. This is used to approximate your location for serving geo-targeted surveys and offers, as well as for fraud detection and security purposes.
  • Device and browser data: We collect information about your device type, operating system, browser version, screen resolution, and language preferences to optimise your experience and troubleshoot issues.
  • Usage logs: We record how you interact with our platform, including pages visited, offers clicked, tasks started or completed, and time spent on each section. This helps us improve our service and personalise your experience.
  • Cookies and similar technologies: We use session cookies to keep you logged in and analytics cookies to understand how users engage with our platform. You can manage your cookie preferences through your browser settings.
  • Device fingerprints: We may generate a unique device identifier based on hardware and browser signals (via FingerprintJS) to detect and prevent fraud, such as multi‑account abuse or automated bots.

We do not collect sensitive personal data (such as race, religion, political opinions, or health information) unless you voluntarily provide it in a support ticket. In such cases, we will treat it with the highest level of confidentiality.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use your personal information for the following purposes, each with a lawful basis under applicable privacy laws:

  • To provide and improve our services: We use your data to match you with relevant tasks and offers, to process your earnings and withdrawals, and to display personalised content. This is necessary for the performance of our contract with you.
  • To prevent fraud and protect security: We use IP addresses, device fingerprints, and behavioural patterns to detect and block fraudulent activity, such as bot attacks, VPN abuse, or account sharing. This is necessary for our legitimate interests in maintaining a safe and trustworthy platform.
  • To comply with legal obligations: We may retain and disclose your information when required by law, such as for tax reporting, anti-money laundering checks, or in response to a court order.
  • To communicate with you: We may send you service-related notifications, such as withdrawal confirmations, task updates, or security alerts. We may also send promotional emails about new offers or bonuses, but you can opt out at any time.
  • To conduct analytics and research: We aggregate anonymised data to analyse user behaviour, measure performance, and improve our platform’s functionality and user experience.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties for their own marketing purposes. Your data is used solely to operate and enhance Kashdosh.

04

4. Third-Party Data Disclosures

We share your personal information with specific third-party partners only when necessary to provide our services. These include:

  • Ad networks and offer-wall providers: When you click on an offer, we may transmit your IP address and a unique identifier to the advertiser’s network to confirm successful tracking and conversion. These partners are contractually obligated to process your data only for that purpose and to protect it in accordance with applicable laws.
  • Payment processors: To handle withdrawals, we send your bank details or crypto wallet address directly to your chosen payout rail — no separate crypto gateway is involved for wallet payouts. Where an account-related fee applies, we share necessary payment details with third-party processors such as Paystack or Flutterwave. PayPal support is coming soon. We ensure our processors are PCI‑DSS compliant and adhere to strict data security standards.
  • Analytics and fraud prevention services: We use third‑party tools (e.g., IP‑based geolocation services, VPN detection APIs, and analytics platforms) to improve security and performance. These services may receive non‑identifiable data (like IP addresses) but are prohibited from using it for any other purpose.
  • Legal and regulatory authorities: We may disclose your information if required by law or in good faith to protect the rights, property, or safety of Kashdosh, our users, or the public.

We do not authorise any third party to use your data for their own marketing or unrelated purposes. All disclosures are limited to what is strictly necessary.

05

5. Data Retention and Security

We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you with services. Even after account closure, we may retain certain data to comply with legal obligations (such as tax and financial record‑keeping requirements) and to resolve disputes.

We implement robust security measures to protect your data, including:

  • Encryption of sensitive data in transit and at rest (e.g., passwords, payment tokens).
  • Access controls that limit who can view personal data within our organisation.
  • Regular security audits and penetration testing.
  • Secure storage of all user information on cloud servers with industry‑standard firewalls and intrusion detection systems.

However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure. We encourage you to use a strong, unique password and to enable two‑factor authentication if available.

06

6. Your Data Rights

Under GDPR and CCPA, you have the following rights regarding your personal data:

  • Right to access: You may request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
  • Right to rectification: You can ask us to correct any inaccurate or incomplete information.
  • Right to erasure (right to be forgotten): You can request deletion of your account and all associated data, subject to certain legal exceptions (e.g., fraud investigations or tax requirements).
  • Right to restrict processing: You can ask us to limit how we use your data in certain circumstances.
  • Right to data portability: You can request a copy of your data in a structured, machine‑readable format.
  • Right to object: You can object to processing based on our legitimate interests (e.g., profiling for marketing).
  • Right to withdraw consent: If we rely on your consent to process your data, you may withdraw it at any time.

To exercise any of these rights, please contact us via our Discord server or on Reddit at u/kashdosh_CEO. We will respond within one month (or as required by law). You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

07

7. Children’s Privacy

Kashdosh involves real money and is not intended for anyone under the age of 18. This matches the eligibility requirement in our Terms & Conditions. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If we become aware that we have inadvertently collected data from someone under 18, we will take steps to delete it and close the account promptly. If you are a parent or guardian and believe a minor has provided us with personal information, please contact us.

08

8. International Data Transfers

Kashdosh is a global platform, and your personal information may be transferred to and processed in countries other than your own. We take appropriate safeguards to ensure that such transfers comply with applicable data protection laws, including using Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) approved by the European Commission, and ensuring that our service providers adhere to similar standards.

09

9. Updates to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, legal requirements, or technological advancements. We will notify you of any material changes by email (if you have provided one) or through a prominent notice on our platform. Your continued use of Kashdosh after the effective date of the revised policy constitutes acceptance of those changes. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page indicates when this policy was last revised.
